I bought this stove a month ago, and have had to have a service man already. Cooking what used to be a 30 minute meal takes 2 hours. They have put new temp controlled eyes on the stove so it will not reach a high heat. Must have been invented by someone who does not cook. I do not want or nor am I able to stand for 2 hours to cook a meal. Supposed to be a safety feature to prevent grease fires, but i guarantee there will be more because no one is standing over the stove the entire 2 hours.

I bought this range for a rental house. Tenants are not happy with it. Two metal protrusions on top interfere with cleaning. Tenant cut her hand during cleaning. Also, oven temperature is not accurate or consistent. Tenant not satisfied and is complaining about range. Would like to exchange it for better model.
